DTCP (Digital Transformation Capital Partners) is an investment firm headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, with offices across Europe, San Francisco and Tel Aviv, that runs growth equity, digital infrastructure and defence strategies. Its defence strategy backs European resilience and security technology, focusing on artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, cyber defence, secure communications and space technologies, along with homeland systems and hardened software platforms. It invests primarily in Europe and selectively in companies from NATO member states and close allies when their technology matters for European defence, interoperability or critical supply chains. The growth strategy targets enterprise software scale-ups in cybersecurity, cloud, AI and robotics. DTCP invests in Series B and later equity rounds, backing early-growth and growth-stage companies. Its DTCP Defence Fund I held a first close of €455M in September 2026 and is run by a dedicated defence investment team.
