Epidarex Capital is a transatlantic venture capital firm with offices in Edinburgh, United Kingdom and Bethesda, Maryland, United States, investing in early-stage life science and health technology companies in under-ventured research hubs across the US and UK. It focuses on biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and health tech, often spinning companies out of university and institutional research into oncology, cardiometabolic, autoimmune, and neurological disease areas. The firm looks for disruptive platform technologies addressing large unmet medical needs, defensible IP portfolios, early clinical or market validation, clear regulatory pathways, and highly driven founding teams, typically partnering as a founding investor at seed or Series A.
