Inventure VC

Inventure is an early-stage venture capital firm founded in 2005 and headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, with additional offices in Stockholm and London. It focuses on backing Nordic and Baltic founders, aiming to be the first institutional investor in portfolio companies. The firm is generalist in sector coverage, having backed startups across deep tech, consumer, healthtech, AI, B2B SaaS, fintech, and marketplaces. Its sweet spot ticket size is €1–3 million, with checks ranging from €300K to €5 million; a portion of each fund is reserved for follow-on investments in top performers. Inventure has raised four funds, the most recent (Fund IV, €150M) supported by the InvestEU Fund and backed by institutional LPs including the European Investment Fund, Molten Ventures, Ilmarinen, Tesi, OP, and Nordea.
