Lewis & Clark Partners (also known as Lewis & Clark AgriFood) is a St. Louis, Missouri-based later-stage venture capital and growth equity firm founded in 2016, focused exclusively on the food and agriculture sectors. The firm invests across four verticals: upstream agriculture (crop technologies, genetics, novel feed ingredients), food technology (ingredients, processing, packaging), supply chain (logistics, advanced materials, digital traceability), and applied AI (data-driven decision-making, genomics, biological design). At the venture stage, it targets Series A through C companies with established product-market fit; at the growth stage, it backs profitable companies poised to accelerate market leadership. Initial check sizes range from $2M to $10M, with reserves for follow-on. The firm often leads or co-leads rounds and takes board seats.
