New Vista Capital is a Washington, DC-based venture firm founded in 2020 at the intersection of national defense, commercial aerospace, and private capital. Co-founded by Dennis Muilenburg (former Boeing Chairman and CEO), Kirsten Bartok Touw (Managing Partner), and Gen. Stephen "Seve" Wilson (ret. USAF), the firm targets early-stage companies in four focus areas: AI & autonomy, space, reindustrialization (advanced manufacturing), and defense.
