San Diego Climate Week
ConferenceActiveSan Diego Climate Week is a community-powered climate action initiative designed to inspire regional collaboration, build climate resilience, and drive policy innovation. The inaugural event (October 2025) established the week as a platform for diverse climate-focused organizations and community leaders to exchange ideas and showcase solutions. Returning October 1-8, 2026, the week transforms San Diego into a decentralized ecosystem of hundreds of independent events covering renewable energy, sustainable transportation, climate adaptation, ocean health, and environmental justice. The initiative brings together government agencies, nonprofits, businesses, educators, youth, and residents to develop region-specific climate strategies. Unlike traditional conferences, San Diego Climate Week operates as a decentralized network of community-organized events, each contributing to a broader climate action movement. The platform facilitates networking and collaboration among climate professionals and entrepreneurs.
