Sazze Partners (also operating as Primer Sazze Partners) is a venture capital firm founded in 2018 and headquartered in San Jose, California, with a presence in Seoul, South Korea. Originally established as a joint venture between Silicon Valley-based Sazze and Korean accelerator Primer, the firm focuses on early-stage investments from pre-seed through Series A, writing checks of $500K–$3M. Its core thesis is bridging East Asia and North America, with a particular emphasis on Korean and East Asian startups expanding globally. The firm positions itself as a founder's first and major investor, providing hands-on support in cross-border expansion, go-to-market strategy, fundraising, executive recruitment, and leadership development. Its network includes Korean founder-operators who have previously scaled products globally. Sazze Partners has invested in over 100 companies across sectors including AI, fintech, health tech, SaaS, food tech, and consumer goods. A Korean entity was established and received a venture capital license from South Korea's Ministry of SMEs and Startups, enabling onshore fund formation in addition to its existing offshore funds.
