Urban Future Prize Competition
GrantActiveThe Urban Future Prize Competition is a prestigious annual event, now in its 10th year, designed to support climatetech entrepreneurs who are developing innovative solutions for a more sustainable and resilient planet. For the 2026 cycle, the competition features two distinct tracks: the Climate Mitigation Prize, which focuses on reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and the Climate Adaptation Prize, which targets solutions that help communities and ecosystems adjust to climate impacts. Two grand prize winners will each receive $50,000 in non-equity cash, while two runners-up will receive $10,000 each. Beyond the financial awards, winners and runners-up gain entry into the ACRE Incubator, New York City’s premier climatetech hub, providing them with critical access to a network of expert mentors, investors, and industry partners to help scale their businesses.
