CPRIT Product Development Research
GrantActiveThe Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas (CPRIT) funds Texas-based companies developing novel cancer therapeutics, medical devices, diagnostics, tools, and other oncology products through its Product Development Research program. Companies can apply for up to $3 million in nondilutive funding across award types including Texas Therapeutics, Texas Diagnostics and Devices, and Texas New Technologies company awards. To qualify, companies must be based in Texas or commit to relocate to Texas upon receiving an award, and must contribute matching funds and agree to revenue-sharing arrangements. CPRIT reviews applications through a rigorous peer review process, typically offering two application cycles per year.
