CREtech New York 2026 took place October 20–21, 2026 at the Javits Center in New York, anchoring the annual Real Estate Tech Week under the overarching theme 'Real Estate in the Age of AI.' The flagship conference convened 3,500+ landlords, developers, real estate investors, technology leaders, and PropTech entrepreneurs to examine how artificial intelligence is reshaping investment strategy, development processes, construction management, building operations, energy performance, and tenant experience. The centerpiece was CREtech Meetup, an organized meetings program that facilitated 20,000+ pre-scheduled, face-to-face one-on-one meetings between buyers and solution providers, enabling participants to transform insights into business partnerships.
