Baylor New Venture Competition
GrantActiveThe Baylor New Venture Competition is an annual intercollegiate business plan competition awarding more than $200,000 in cash prizes and resources to student-led startup teams from accredited universities worldwide. Teams of 2-4 current students or recent alumni (graduated within 18 months of the October deadline) are eligible, with total company capitalization capped at $250,000 excluding grants and prize money. The competition involves two rounds — executive summary submissions in October and full business plans in January — culminating in live finals at Baylor University. First-place winners receive a $50,000 grand prize, with additional prizes across multiple categories.
